SAX – Százhalombatta Archaeological Expedition

This book is the first volume in a series called SAX – Százhalombatta Archaeological Expedition. Our goal is to publish the most important results of the excavations carried our at the Bronze Age tell site, Százhalombatta-Földvár, conducted by local Matrica Museum and the Göteborg University, Sweden. The six week field season is completed with an intensive three week field survey around the tell by the Matrica Museum and the Swedish National Heritage Board, Lund. In this volume, the authors summarize the archaeological and interdisciplinary results of the earlier research (between 1989 and 1993) and the prospects of new international projects.
